Where are meetings held?

Meetings will be held at our Wilmslow office, via Zoom or at your home.

Do you have parking?

Yes, there will always be a space left for client meetings.

Do I have to pay for an initial meeting?

No. This is held at our expense; it is about you getting to know us and us getting to know you.

What do I need to bring to an initial meeting?

Please bring proof of identification and details of any existing pensions, investments, and protection policies.

How long should I allow for an initial meeting?

Please allow one hour.

Do I have to sign up to your services at an initial meeting?

Absolutely not. There is no pressure to sign up, and we encourage you to go away and think about your decision.

Are you independent?

Yes. We are free to source the best products and funds to suit you and your requirements.

Are you regulated?

Yes, we are directly authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). You can find our entry on the FCA register here.

What happens if my financial planner is away on holiday?

Other advisers within the office can provide advice if it is urgently required, or we will wait for your planner to return.

Do you take a percentage or are your fees fixed?

Our initial fees are fixed, and our ongoing fees are taken as a percentage.

Do you charge VAT?

No, we do not charge VAT.
